Is it a symbol of love or true love as claimed by many (almost all)? BTW what is untrue love?
To me its a graveyard of love (kaadhalukku samaadhi). Too much of hype given to this structure and adding insult to injury too too too much of propaganda on this new wonders business…hmm.
well sridhar, honestly, love or true love or whatever love.. that’s the first thing that came to mind when I posted this. and about untrue love – I wouldnt know..
but seriously, whatever it is, I am just happy it is getting more attention. May be that will serve to draw some funds for the preservation of that wonderful monument… not to mention the slowly drying up yamuna in the backyard…
and if it had to be named as the symbol of “true love” so be it…as long as it is cherished..:)
I felt it was jus a monument until i had been there, but anga irunda anda konja time.. it was really a different feeling. I was mesmerised by that place. Would defly want to visit the Taj atleast one more time !
